From production line to code

Before studying software development, I spent over six years working in an international industrial environment in Japan — in electrical assembly and supply-chain logistics, under strict quality standards. Today I apply that same discipline to a different kind of system: I write APIs, connect databases, write automated tests, and ship projects from scratch to the cloud.

PC builder for the Brazilian market: prices in reais (R$), links to Brazilian stores and compatibility checks between parts. Pure TypeScript compatibility engine with tests, Next.js + PostgreSQL/Prisma, CI with E2E and accessibility (axe) checks, and Vercel + Neon deployment with an isolated database per preview.

currency-converter

Real-time currency converter with a Python/FastAPI REST API and a vanilla JavaScript frontend featuring a 30-day Chart.js history. Uses Decimal for exact money math, Redis (Upstash) caching and a guard that protects the external API quota. Loads instantly from a static snapshot even while the server sleeps. Tested with pytest and shipped with CI/CD: Render deploys gated on tests, frontend on GitHub Pages.

Python task manager with a Flask web interface and a CLI built on the same logic layer, SQLite persistence with schema migration and a responsive layout with WCAG AA contrast.
